THE ULTRALOUNGE AT SELFRIDGES BECOMES A STATE-OF-THE-ART PERFORMANCE AND CONTENT STUDIO
For their campaign 'MUSIC MATTERS', the Ultralounge at Selfridges, London was transformed into a live music venue and state-of-the-art audio visual content studio.
With 40% of London's music venues closing over the last 10 years, Music Matters at Selfridges reasserts the importance of collective experiences in sound. Central to this is the Ultralounge, an intimate, state-of-the-art venue at Selfridges Oxford Street, London.
The venue hosted a line-up including James Lavelle, founder of Daydreaming With, performing with a scaled back line-up of his band UNKLE.
James Lavelle also participated in a panel discussion in the space, chaired by Cerys Matthews, about music venues and the future of how people experience music.
The Ultralounge is presented by Smirnoff, with a sound experience by Sennheiser.
